昨天，20歲的美國女歌手Olivia Rodrigo於社交媒體宣布將與9/8發行個人第二張專輯《GUTS》(圖1)，6/30會先推釋出首支單曲Vampire(圖2)。
她表示“For me, this album is about growing pains and trying to figure out who I am at this point in my life,” Rodrigo said in a statement. “I feel like I grew 10 years between the ages of 18 and 20—it was such an intense period of awkwardness and change. I think that’s all just a natural part of growth, and hopefully the album reflects that.”
簡單來說就是她希望能把18到20歲之間的尷尬、變化都能藉由這張專輯傳達出來。
從目前釋出的照片來看，專輯顏色延續第一張專輯《SOUR》(圖3)的紫色調，不知道歌曲風格會不會繼續走少女失戀哀怨風。第一張專輯超級大爆，顯得第二張專輯更為重要(其實每一張都很重要，但二專特別重要。)期待這張再打破自身記錄！
